Cerebro is free for your business. Customers pay a small flat fee on top of your price — never a percentage, never a subscription, never a setup fee.
For business owners
You pay nothing. Ever. No monthly fee, no annual contract, no setup cost, no commission on transactions.
You keep 100% of the price you set. When a customer books or buys, the money settles directly into your own Stripe account — Cerebro never touches the business's portion.
We make our money from a small flat fee the customer pays on top of your price. That fee is the only thing that funds the platform — the AI running your conversations, the dashboard, the QR codes, the automations, the reminders, the support, the hosting, all of it.
For customers
When a customer books or buys through your Cerebro, they pay your price plus a small flat fee:

Fees are quoted in the transaction's currency — $1 becomes €1, £1, AED 1, etc. They are not currency-converted. The exact amount is always shown before the customer confirms.
How payments flow
At checkout the customer pays a single amount. Stripe splits it: the business's portion goes directly to the business's own connected Stripe account, and the Cerebro fee is collected by Stripe on our behalf as an application fee.
Stripe's payment-processing costs come out of the Cerebro fee — not out of what the business earns. Zero processing fees hit the business's payout.
For refunds: when a business issues a full refund, the Cerebro fee is also refunded. For partial refunds, the fee is refunded proportionally.
Taxes
The business is the seller of record on every transaction. Any tax that applies (VAT, sales tax, etc.) is the business's responsibility to collect and remit.
Businesses who want tax calculated automatically at checkout can enable Stripe Tax in their own Stripe dashboard — it flows through because the checkout runs under their connected account.
Why this model
Most platforms charge businesses a monthly subscription, a percentage commission, or both. That works for the platform and penalises the business — especially small operators with thin margins.
Cerebro's fee is paid by the party that gets the most value from an individual transaction — the customer, who is booking something they want. For the business, Cerebro is a net addition: more bookings, fewer no-shows, no overhead, no risk.
FAQ
Are there any fees I'm not seeing here?
No. For businesses: zero. For customers: the flat fee shown at checkout. No account fees, no activation fees, no per-message fees.
What if I don't take payments online?
You can still use Cerebro. Your customers can chat, browse your catalog, ask questions, get booked in — all for free. The flat fee only applies to transactions settled through Stripe.
Do customers see the fee before they pay?
Yes. The exact fee is shown on the Stripe checkout page as a separate line item before they confirm. Nothing is hidden.
Is there a free trial?
There's no trial because there's nothing to trial — Cerebro is free for you, forever. Message the Cerebro WhatsApp number, set up in one conversation, start taking bookings.
Can this change in the future?
We may adjust the tier amounts or add new tiers as the platform evolves. Any change to our pricing for existing businesses would be announced at least 30 days in advance and would never result in a fee being deducted from the business's revenue.
