Cerebro is operated by the Cerebro team ("we," "us," or "our") until an incorporated entity is formally established. These Terms govern your use of the Cerebro website (https://www.cerebro.one) and any related tools, integrations, or connected experiences through ChatGPT or other AI assistants (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Cerebro.
Cerebro connects businesses and customers through AI platforms such as ChatGPT. Businesses can make their services bookable directly through AI assistants. Customers can discover and book participating businesses using natural conversation inside ChatGPT or compatible platforms.
The website (cerebro.one) provides early access registration and informational materials — it is not a booking or payment platform.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your country) to use Cerebro as a business or customer.
Businesses and customers may create accounts directly within ChatGPT when interacting with the Cerebro app or connector.
When you register, you agree that all information you provide will be accurate and kept current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
Payments for bookings are processed securely through Stripe, in accordance with their own terms and privacy policy.
Cerebro may charge a service fee or commission on completed transactions (5–10% after the first 90 days).
Fees are deducted automatically at the time of payment.
If you join the Cerebro waitlist on cerebro.one, you consent to be contacted via email regarding product updates, onboarding, or early-access opportunities. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Your use of Cerebro is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We only collect the information necessary to operate and improve the Service.
All trademarks, service marks, and content on Cerebro are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

Cerebro is an evolving platform. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time without notice.
Cerebro is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA (or your local jurisdiction if different), excluding conflict-of-law principles.
