Cerebro is operated by Cerebro Technologies, Inc. ("Cerebro," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware corporation. These Terms govern your use of the Cerebro mobile application, website (https://www.cerebro.one), and any related services, integrations, or connected experiences through AI platforms including ChatGPT, WhatsApp, and others (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Cerebro.
Cerebro provides AI-powered commerce infrastructure that connects businesses with customers through conversational AI platforms.
For Businesses: The Cerebro App allows you to create and manage offerings (services, products, appointments, reservations), receive bookings and orders from customers, and get paid — all through a conversational interface.
For Customers: Cerebro enables you to discover, book, and purchase offerings from participating businesses through AI platforms like ChatGPT and WhatsApp using natural conversation.
Cerebro acts as a technology platform connecting businesses and customers. We are not the seller of goods or services — businesses are independently responsible for fulfilling their offerings.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use Cerebro. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

All payments are processed through Stripe in accordance with Stripe's terms of service.
Businesses: Cerebro charges a service fee of 5% on each completed transaction. This fee is deducted automatically before funds are transferred to your Stripe account. Additional Stripe processing fees may apply.
Customers: You pay the listed price for offerings. Any applicable taxes are included or added at checkout as required by law.
Payouts: Business payouts are processed according to your Stripe account settings, typically within 2-7 business days.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms.
Cerebro, including its logo, design, and technology, is owned by Cerebro Technologies, Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent. You retain ownership of content you create but grant us a license to use it in connection with the Service.
Your use of Cerebro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Cerebro, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not endorse or guarantee any business, offering, or transaction facilitated through Cerebro.
Businesses are independent entities responsible for their own offerings. Cerebro is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or fulfillment of any goods or services.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CEREBRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid to Cerebro in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cerebro, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Cerebro shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions.
For EU users: This arbitration clause does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer protection laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users outside the US, local mandatory consumer protection laws may also apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may stop using Cerebro at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or for any reason with notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
